Had any bad experiences with companies you have dealt with.We have so i thought i'd mention them on this page.

Have you ever tried to get through to them to deal with any problems its a nightmare.The problems arose when they decided they would not honour the 12 month contract we had with them for fixed rate phone tv and internet deal.they put up the price after 6 months and took unautherised amounts from our account via direct debit.Took ages to sort because customer service is so poor.

In April my mother purchased a conservatory from this firm and paid to have it installed.Bad idea.Tip find your own installer.The consevatory is now finally up but is not fault free even after 3 diferent teams of installers were used to do the job.All credit to the last team who rectified a long list of faults left by the previous cowboys.Team 1 did the foundations for the dawf wall destroying the drive in the process.They were not seen again.Team 2 dug up the foundations and re laid them and put up the conservatory in a fasion.Complete with botched drainage leaking roof uneven floor tiling.Team 3 rectified all this re tiling proper guttering and the electrics.
Outcome still trying to get compensation.
